"Tracking Just Sat There for Days"
My tracking barely updated for days, and every time I tried to get a straight answer, I just got the same canned apology back. Like, I get that delays happen, but at least tell me what’s actually going on. it made me feel like I wasted my money...

The site does work fine overall, but uh, it felt a little clunky to use. Some pages took a while to load, and trying to find the right sizes was kind of annoying at times

I ordered from felicegals.com because a friend had mentioned it and I thought it would be a nice little treat for myself. the whole process just felt kind of messy, and for what I paid, I expected a lot better. I really wanted to like it, but I ended up feeling let down. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

"Sizing was all over the place"
I’m annoyed because the sizing feels like it’s their fault, not mine. The dress fit okay overall, but the sleeves were way too tight and uncomfortable. If they’re going to sell this, they need to be more accurate with the fit.

"Didn’t Look Like the Photos at All"
I ordered this because I really liked how the design looked in the pictures, but once it arrived, it felt like a completely different item. The print wasn’t lined up or as clean-looking as I expected, and the overall shape just didn’t sit right when I tried it on. The colors also looked a lot cheaper and duller in person compared to the photos online. Maybe my expectations were a little too high, but I was disappointed with the whole thing and don’t think I’d order it again.

"Pretty close to the photos, I guess?"
It looked mostly like the pictures, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the color seemed a bit different in person than I expected. It’s not awful or anything, I just thought it would match the photos a little better. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no real issues there.

"Like Pulling Teeth to Get an Answer"
Trying to get a clear reply from them felt like wandering through a fog with no map. They’d respond, sure, but they never actually explained anything in a way that made sense. I kept waiting for one solid answer and it just never came.

I got my order last week and I’ve gotta say, it’s comfy! It fits really nicely too. I wore it the whole day and didn’t have any issues at all... only thing is the shipping took a little longer than I expected

"Not very flexible with alterations"
The dress only needed a few small tweaks, but they really didn’t seem willing to work with me on it. I had a feeling the alterations process might be rigid, and this pretty much confirmed that for me. After spending that much, it was frustrating.

I did like a few of the items, and I was ready to check out, but the pricing kind of threw me off. At first it looked like one price, then later there were extra costs added in, and I was like wait, where did that come from? The checkout ended up feeling more annoying than it needed to. I just wish they showed the full price earlier, because I like knowing what I’m actually paying before I get that far

"Length was accurate"
I was a little worried the dress might be shorter or longer than it looked in the photos, but it ended up being accurate. When I tried it on, the length matched what I expected, just a tiny bit long on me. Overall, I was happy with it.

"Packaging was good"
My order from Felicegals showed up with decent packaging. The box had a small dent on it, but luckily everything inside was totally fine. I do think the packaging could be a little sturdier, but overall, no real complaints.

The stitching looks clean and even, and the whole thing feels solidly put together. It gives me confidence that it’ll hold up well with everyday use, which is really what I was hoping for.

"I was really hoping this would feel..."
I was really hoping this would feel like a solid purchase, but i’m not sure it was worth the money. For what actually arrived, it felt a bit too expensive, and I kept wondering if I was missing something. I just expected a little more for the price.
